Lila Williams is the Director of Business Administration for Evia. She has over 20 years of experience in the human resources, finance and business administration fields. Lila began with the company over 10 years ago when there were only 5 employees, and she was an active contributor to the growth of the organization. She worked tirelessly to create a progressive culture for employees that pushed the boundaries of the traditional Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 work model.
Under her HR leadership at Evia, the company has received several workplace recognition awards, including being named as one of Seattle's 100 Best Companies to Work For three years in a row (2015, 2016 and 2017). In 2016, Evia was awarded the prestigious When Work Works award. Clients and partners frequently cite Lila for going above and beyond and for her upbeat and positive personality, especially when working long hours to ensure flawless execution at an event.
Lila is also the owner and operator of a Birth Doula business and a certified Doula through DONA International. At both Evia and through her work as a Doula, she is continuously working to support women in creating a positive work-life balance.
Lila is a member of several professional organizations including the Society for Human Resources (SHRM), Dona International and PALS Doulas. She is married and has two girls, ages 9 and 4. Her interests include yoga and cooking.
