The job environment is fast paced and results oriented. While there is urgency to goal achievement,

responsibility for the achievement of results needs to be shared and effectively delegated when necessary. Initiating projects and processes beyond established organization practices will often require training and developing others, and enlisting their support by using a "selling" rather "telling" communication style.

A self-confident, extroverted style that can enliven, engage and positively impact individuals and groups is essential. The job has variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. Because goals and desired results can quickly change, the job requires regularly meeting and pro-actively establishing relationships with new groups. The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organization environment is a critical key to success. In general, the core of this position requires a motivated and motivating team builder and organization developer.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attendance of networking events and opportunities

  • Development and management of CRM tool with appropriate level of detail

  • Own and manage discovery calls with new business opportunities

  • Generate leads and close sales with prospects

  • Build relationships, raise assets and meet identified sales targets and goals

  • Support marketing efforts

  • Follow up tracking sales opportunities

  • Manage annual revenue targets by maintaining a full sales pipeline of opportunities with new prospects and existing clients, including consultants

  • Partner with clients to understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and competitive constraints

  • Create and maintain sales and business plans

  • Provide a weekly sales update

  • ·Analysis and escalation of client issues

  • Partner relationship development

  • Perform other duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills

  • Ability to build and keep relationships

  • Capable of managing the sales pipeline with a CRM tool (Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, etc)

  • Experience using Microsoft Office and products

  • Represent Evia in a positive and professional manner

  • Willingness to travel to various locations inside and out of Washington State; work long hours, and weekends as necessary

  • Passionate about selling, events, and digital media services

  • Two years of sales experience required

  • College degree or equivalent work experience

 

TERMS

  • Full-time, salaried exempt

  • Base Salary + uncapped commission

  • Unlimited Paid Time Off after 6 months

  • Benefits provided the first of month following 60 days of employment
